• You must be at least 18 years old to use Tomodachi.
• By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
• Tomodachi may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

• A user account is required to access most features.
• Certain features (such as redemptions or reservations) may require selfie with ID verification.
• Verified accounts display a badge for authenticity.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Tomodachi collects only the minimum information necessary to operate our Services.
• We do not collect IP address, device type, or operating system.
• Information we may collect includes:
• Profile details (username, display name, gender, optional age).
• Content you post and your interactions (likes, comments, private media).
• Booking/reservation details with partner restaurants, hotels, or events.

• Tomodachi is intended for users 18 years old and above.
• We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
• If such information is found, the account will be removed and the data deleted.

• We retain data only as long as necessary to provide Services, comply with laws, or resolve disputes.
• Users may request deletion of their accounts and data at any time, subject to legal obligations.
• Some anonymized or aggregated data may be retained for analytics and reporting.

• You are solely responsible for the content you upload, share, or transmit.
• Prohibited content includes (but is not limited to):
• Harassment, hate speech, or threats.
• Illegal activities.
• Sexual exploitation or child sexual abuse material (strictly prohibited).
• Copyright-infringing material.
• Tomodachi may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

• Tomodachi uses two systems: TomoCoins (TC) and TomoPoints (TP).
• TomoCoins (TC):
• Purchased by users through the app.
• Used for liking posts and Spotlight promotions (for business accounts).
• Cannot be used for bookings or direct payments to partner businesses.

• TomoPoints (TP):
• Earned by posting content and receiving engagement.
• May also be earned through certain partner bookings and activities.
• Redeemable for rewards such as vouchers, mobile load, gift cards, or in-app perks.
• Conversion rates and redemption rules are published in the app and may change.

• Tomodachi allows users to book restaurants, hotels, and events via the app.
• Tomodachi acts only as a facilitator of these reservations — we connect users with partner businesses.
• Payments are made directly to the restaurant, hotel, or event provider, not to Tomodachi.
• Tomodachi may receive commissions or service fees from successful bookings.
• Tomodachi does not control or guarantee the quality, safety, or accuracy of partner services and is not liable for disputes, cancellations, or unsatisfactory experiences.
• Users may earn TomoPoints (TP) for successful bookings, but TomoCoins (TC) cannot be used for bookings.

• Users must follow the Tomodachi Community Guidelines at all times.
• Meeting or transacting with other users or businesses is at your own risk.
• Tomodachi may report unlawful activity to the proper authorities.

• Tomodachi trademarks, logos, and features are owned by A-Tech I.T. Solutions
• Users retain ownership of their own content but grant Tomodachi a limited license to display, distribute, and promote it within the app.
