• By creating an account, you confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate and that you meet our age requirement.

• Users are required to complete ID verification to maintain a secure and authentic community.
• Verified profiles will display a verification badge.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities under their account.

• Users must adhere to our Community Guidelines.
• Violations of these guidelines, such as harassment, impersonation, or the sharing of explicit content, may result in account suspension or termination.

• Tomodachi respects your privacy. Personal data, including addresses for receiving gifts, is securely stored and not shared with other users or third parties.
• For physical gift delivery, the app acts as an intermediary to ensure the recipient's address remains private.

Users can send virtual or physical gifts through the app.

By participating in gifting, users agree to our policies:

• Virtual gifts require the purchase of points within the app.
• Physical gifts may require the recipient's consent to facilitate delivery while ensuring their privacy.

• Tomodachi features a ranking system based on user activity, such as posts and interactions.
• Top-ranking users may receive rewards or recognition directly from Tomodachi.
• Attempting to manipulate rankings or metrics is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal activities or to share harmful, defamatory, or inappropriate content.
• Misuse the gifting system or request money from other users.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

• You retain ownership of the content you share on Tomodachi. By posting, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app.
• Do not share copyrighted material unless you have the right to do so.

• Tomodachi is not responsible for user interactions outside the app.
• We encourage users to take precautions when meeting others in person and to report any inappropriate behavior through the app's reporting tools.

• All purchases, such as points for virtual gifts, are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
• Users are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient funds or points before making purchases.
