Tomodachi does not guarantee that every user-uploaded video or audio file has been cleared for copyright before publication.

Where applicable, Tomodachi may rely on legal protections available to online service providers, subject to the relevant legal requirements.

Users who repeatedly violate copyright rules may face content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension, or permanent account termination.

Users who believe their content was removed incorrectly may contact Team Tomodachi through the app or email.

Tomodachi will review the appeal and may restore content where appropriate and legally permitted.

Tomodachi may update this Copyright Policy to reflect applicable laws, platform changes, and intellectual property requirements.
