Harassment, bullying, hate speech, discrimination, threats, intimidation, and abusive behavior are strictly prohibited.

2. Authentic Profiles and Honest Behavior

Users must provide accurate account information. Fake identities, impersonation, stolen photographs, and misleading profiles are prohibited.

Identity verification may be required for certain services, including reward redemption and partner transactions.

3. Content Standards

Users are responsible for the content they publish.

4. Private Images and Digital Content

Users may share eligible locked images through Tomodachi's messaging feature.

TomoCoins are used to unlock eligible digital content, subject to displayed prices and user confirmation.

Users must not share, redistribute, or publish another person's private content without permission.

All digital content must comply with Tomodachi's content and copyright rules.

5. Fraud, Scams, and Platform Abuse

Tomodachi strictly prohibits:

7. Copyright and Music

Tomodachi provides original music for authorized use within the application, subject to applicable rights.

Users uploading videos, images, or music must have the necessary rights or permissions for their content.

Copyright owners may request review or removal of potentially infringing content by:

8. Live Streaming, TomoConnect, and User Safety

Users must maintain respectful behavior during live streams, messages, and video conversations.

Harassment, sexual exploitation, threats, scams, illegal behavior, and unauthorized recording or distribution of private communications are prohibited.

Tomodachi provides reporting and blocking features to help users manage unwanted interactions.

Reported content and monitored live activities may be reviewed by authorized moderators, and appropriate enforcement action may be taken.

9. Restaurants, Business Partners, and Community Activities

Users must respect participating establishments and follow their policies.

Fake bookings, repeated intentional no-shows, fraudulent purchases, and misuse of reservation or reward systems are prohibited.

When meeting other users, members are encouraged to meet in public places, inform trusted contacts, and exercise appropriate caution.

10. Reporting and Enforcement

Users can report inappropriate behavior through available in-app reporting tools or by contacting Team Tomodachi.

Users may also block accounts they do not wish to interact with.

Tomodachi reviews reported violations and may take actions including:
