1. How to Delete Your Account

Users may permanently delete their Tomodachi account by following these steps:

1. Open the Tomodachi app.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
3. Enter your password and confirm your request.

Account deletion is permanent.

2. Unable to Access Your Account?

Users who cannot log in may request account deletion through the official website:

https://tomodachi.ph/UserDelete/

Complete the deletion request form and provide the required account ownership verification information.

3. What Happens After Deletion?

When an account is deleted:

• The account will no longer be accessible.
• Associated personal information, posts, and other account data will be deleted or anonymized according to Tomodachi's Privacy Policy.
• Remaining TomoCoins and TomoPoints will be forfeited, subject to applicable law.
• Certain records may be retained where legally necessary for fraud prevention, unresolved transactions, disputes, or legal obligations.

Retained information will remain protected and restricted to authorized personnel.

4. Identity Verification and Security

Tomodachi may verify account ownership before processing deletion requests to prevent unauthorized account removal.

Government IDs and selfies submitted for verification are protected through encrypted private storage and restricted access.

Verification documents will be handled according to Tomodachi's Privacy Policy and applicable data retention requirements.
